Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from RockStand where we always provide free shipping with purchase!

Have a problem with your purchase and need to return? Email rockstandnow@gmail.com with your order information and then simply follow instructions and return the item(s) within 14 calendar days of order receipt in order to be eligible for a refund.

***Products are only eligible for refund with original tags attached (when applicable), undamaged, and in the condition in which they were received.

 

Upon receipt, returned item(s) will be inspect and then a refund will be processed to the original purchase payment method. Please note that credit card payment refunds may take 5 - 10 business days to show up on your credit card statement.

Products that are damaged in any way or returns initiated after 14 calendar days are not eligible for refund.
